After a disappointing six months with our home not selling, Kirsten Haas came into our lives. We interviewed Kirsten and one other realtor, and we both knew immediately that Kirsten was the realtor we wanted. She immediately went to work, scheduling photography, taking video of the house, scheduling open house dates, and marketing. Within three days, and after four showings, we had two offers. Thus we had to cancel a showing and the open house. Communication was key for us, and Kirsten kept us advised of all activity on the house. We were always able to get in touch with her through text or phone calls. She was present for inspections, handled all the appointments for repairs, and guided us through the closing process.
